This feature works for:
Account: All accounts
Plan subscribed: All plans
Before you begin:
- Make sure you have some data in your bantu Workspace database first before you proceed
- Make sure you have customised the fields to filter your contacts by
- You can filter contacts that you want to include in the report for analysing performance and profile over time
There are three areas where you can filter contact data:
1. Filtering contacts in a Project
- Used when you want to obtain information about contacts in a project
- You can filter contacts by individual roles and timeslots
2. Filtering contacts in your Account
- Used when you want to obtain information about contacts in your projects
3. Filtering contacts in your Organisation
- Used when you want to obtain information about your Organisation's contacts, including contacts in projects managed by Sub-Organiser(s)
- This is only applicable to the Main Organiser in the 'Manage My Organisation' tab
Instructions:
1. On your bantu Workspace Dashboard, click 'Manage Project' on the project that you want to filter contact data
2. Scroll down to the master table of contacts and click 'Filter'
3. Select one of the fields that you wish to filter contacts by in the master table
- You can filter your participants by roles and timeslots to see which person is showing up for which role and/or timeslots
Note: This list of fields in the dropdown shown is dependent on the fields you select to show in the master table in 'Customise'.
4. Click on the next dropdown list to select the criteria for the filter
- For text fields, you can select either 'Something Like' for an approximate match, or 'Matches' for an exact match
- For numerical fields, you can select either 'More Than', 'More Than and Equal To', 'Less Than', 'Less Than and Equal To', 'Equal To' or 'Between'
5. Enter the value for the criteria of the filter
6. Once done, click the '+' button to apply the filter
Note: You can add multiple filters to the master table at the same time.
Tip: You can also save the filter and apply it straight using 'Saved Filters' in future.
Tip: You can see how many people has been filtered at the bottom of the table, as seen below:
Note: You can filter contact data in the master table of contacts in 'Manage My Account' and 'Manage My Organisation' by repeating steps 2 to 6 above.
