This feature works for:
Account: All Accounts
Plan subscribed: All plans
Before you begin:
Things to take note:
- Make sure you have created a project before you proceed
- Make sure you have some contacts in your account, either through importing or adding directly
- This is useful for assigning contacts that you added to your account and they have not created Community Portal accounts to sign up for your projects
Instructions:
1. On your bantu Workspace Dashboard, go to the 'Manage My Account' tab
2. Select contacts you want to assign to project(s), then click on 'Assign Project(s)'
3. Select project(s) you want to assign the selected contact(s)
4. Once done, click on 'Assign Project(s)'
- You will see the assigned contacts in each project once you navigate to the respective 'Manage Project' pages
Note: These contacts allocated are not yet assigned to timeslots and roles in the project(s).

You can proceed to assign timeslots and roles to these contacts allocated to the project(s) and then approve them.
