This feature works for:
Account: All Accounts
Plan subscribed: All plans
Before you begin:
You can edit personal information of your contacts, such as their Date of Birth, Address etc.
Things to take note:
- You can edit contact information in your 3 master table of contacts — in 'Manage Project', 'Manage My Account' and 'Manage My Organisation'
- You can only edit contact information for contacts who have not yet created a Community Portal account
- You can edit Custom Field information for all contacts, whether they have created a portal account or not
Instructions:
1. On your bantu Workspace Dashboard, click the 'Manage My Organisation' tab
2. Scroll to the down until you see your list of contacts
3. Click 'Edit' on the contact whose information you want to edit
- You can either search or filter for that contact
- This leads you to the contact's profile page with their details
4. Once done, click 'Save'
Note: You can edit contact data in the master table of contacts in 'Manage My Account' and 'Manage Project' by repeating steps 2 to 4 above.
