This feature works for:

Plan subscribed: All plans



Before you begin:

This feature applies to you if you do not wish to screen participants, as you can automatically approve them the moment they sign up for your project.


Things to take note:




Instructions:


1. On your bantu Workspace Dashboard, click 'Edit Project' on the project you want to automatically approve participants



2. On the top bar, click '2 - Form Builder' to go to the second page 



3. Scroll down to 'Miscellaneous Options'

  • Switch the toggle button to enable automatic approval of project sign ups



4. Once done, click 'Save Project' at the top of the page


Note: These steps of enabling automatic approval of project sign ups can also be done as you were creating the project for the first time.

You can now take attendance for your project participants or adjust your Mail and SMS Launcher settings to send them automated messages.
