This feature works for:
Account: All accounts
Plan subscribed: All plans
Before you begin:
Make sure you have data in your bantu Workspace database first before you proceed.
Instructions:
Note: You can only delete contact data under 'Manage my Account'. Any contacts deleted from 'Manage my Account' will be deleted from your organisation's database.
1. Under 'Manage my Account' and sub-tab 'All my Members', select the user(s) you wish to delete
2. Click on the 'Remove' button and confirm the action.
3. Once you click 'Yes, remove it' the data will be deleted.
What happens to the deleted data?
#1: When the contact is deleted from the Main Organiser Account but still exists in a Sub-organiser's account
- The contact's data will still be reflected under 'Manage my Organisation' since the sub-organiser still has the contact's information.
#2: When the contact is deleted from the Sub-Organiser's Account but not from Main Organiser Account
- The contact's data will still be reflected under 'Manage my Organisation' since the Main Organiser still has the contact's information.
#3: When the contact is deleted from both the Sub-Organiser and Main Organiser's Account
- This combination will ensure that the contact's information is completely removed from all accounts.
