There are two scenarios in which the automated SMS will turn itself off: 

Scenario 1: Exceeding SMS Limit 

When you have maxed out the SMS quota, the automated timeslot reminder/approval signup/rejection sign up/thank you message will be automatically turned off.

Resolution: You can contact our bantu operators should you need more SMS(es) for the month.

Scenario 2: After Editing Timeslots under 'Rostering' for Projects

After you have amended/added new timeslot to your existing project(s), the automated timeslot reminder will be automatically turned off. This is to ensure that you are aware that by enabling the automated timeslot reminder, an SMS reminder will be sent out to the amended/added timeslot.

Resolution: Turn on automated timeslot reminder after amending/adding new timeslot to existing project(s).
