Things to take note:
- Ensure that you know how to use the Report Feature here
If you have missing contacts in your report, it might be because...
1. The contact is not approved or assigned to a role and timeslot in that project.
As reports are used to generate insightful results of the contact's participation, your contacts need to have an assigned role and approved status.
Resolution: Go to Manage Project, assign your contact to a role and set the status as 'Approved'.
- If you would like to export a list of your contacts only, you can go to Manage Project > Click on the three dots a the top right corner > Export
2. The timeslot that the contact is assigned to does not fall within the selected period.
Our Reporting Page's Period filter sifts out contacts who have participated within the period.
For events that spans overnight, note that the entire duration of the assigned timeslot has to fall within the selected Report period. i.e. if the contact is assigned to a timeslot 13 Dec 1PM to 15 Dec 1PM, the Report period should be filtered to 15 Dec.
Resolution: Check that the time period set is correct and adjust accordingly.
3. You selected a timeframe and project that does not correspond to each other.
Resolution: If you are unsure of the timeframe for each project, you can leave the timeframe blank and the report will generate the information based on the captured project or timeslots. Otherwise, check for the specific timeframe for the project you wish to export the user data from.
