This feature works for:

Before you begin:

Ensure that you have either enabled an automated Email messaging system or tried to manually send an Email out to your participant(s).


Email Failure

There are two scenarios in which your Email(s) fail to send: 


Scenario 1: Incorrect Email Address(es)

When the Email address(es) of the user is not in a correct permutation or when the Email does not/no longer exists, your Email will not be sent out.


Resolution: Check with your participant(s) to confirm their Email address(es). Once the Email address is correct, you can send a manual ad-hoc email or schedule an automated Email to the specific user(s) as per normal.


Scenario 2: Exceeding the Email Limit

You should be familiar with the quantity of emails your organisation is entitled to every month.

When your organisation has maxed out the limit for Email quotas, your email(s) to your participants will not be sent out.

 

Resolution: You can contact our bantu operators should you need more Emails for the month.


Scenario 3: Did not turn on automated Email Message

Email messages will not be sent out if you did not enable the automated approval, rejection, timeslot reminder, and birthday emails. 


Resolution: If you wish to automate emails, remember to turn on automated emails.
