Why Image cannot be uploaded

If you are trying to upload an image for your project, but failed to do so, please check if the image size and format meet the following requirements:


#1: The image size does not meet the requirements.

The size of the image you upload should not be larger than 10MB.


#2: The image format does not meet the requirements.

Ensure that images uploaded are in one of the following formats:
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • GIF 


What’s Next?

When you upload an image, it will be easier for both you and your participants to understand the project (a picture paints a thousand words after all). It could even draw new participants to sign up for your project. Hence, we strongly encourage that you add a picture to your project.
