Ensure that you have ownership of existing projects in your Dashboard which you wish to delete.

When a Project Is Deleted

When a project is deleted these are the data which will be lost: 

• The entire project on your 'Dashboard' (in the dashboard of both Main Organiser and Sub-Organiser).
• The entire project on https://bantu.life/.
• Any records of past/existing participation in that project. (i.e. if a participant attended 6 hours across 3 timeslots in this project, that information will be permanently lost from the bantu Workspace once you delete a project).

When a project is deleted these are the data which will be kept: 

• Personal data of participants who were either imported or added by organiser into the project.
• Personal data of participants who signed up previously on https://bantu.life/.

For Main Organisers: You will still be able to access the full list of participants across all projects (even from deleted projects) under 'Manage My Organisation'.

For Sub-Organisers: You will still be able to access participants across your projects (even from deleted projects) under 'Manage My Account'.
