Before you begin:
In a project, be sure you have at least a few participants that have at least a role and timeslot attached to them before you proceed.
Instructions:
Yes you can! Follow the instructions below to do so:
- Under "Manage Project", navigate to your list of participants.
- Search for the participant that you wish to edit the hours for, then click on "Edit" on the right.
- You will see two tabs for this participant: "Person Profile" and "Projects". Click on "Projects".
- Here, you can manually edit the number of hours the person has accumulated from all the projects that he/she has participated in.
- Once you have edited the hours, scroll down and hit "Save".
What’s Next?
The edited hours for that participant will be reflected in your project, under the participant's profile, and in all your exports.
