Before you begin:

Things to take note:

  • When you are on a page with a list of contacts, you may want to customise the fields you want to view or filter contacts by 

There are three areas where you can customise fields:


1. For contacts in a project

  • Used when you want to obtain information about contacts in a project

2. For contacts in your account

  • Used when you want to obtain information about contacts in your projects


3. For contacts in your Organisation


Instructions:

1. On your bantu Workspace Dashboard, click 'Manage Project' on the project that you want to customise fields 


2. Scroll down to the master table of contacts and click 'Customise'


  • This enables you to select the fields you want to view for contacts in the master table and apply filters to, as seen below:   




Note: You can also select custom fields that you have created, if any.

  • Once done, click 'Close'



Note: You can customise fields for the master table of contacts in 'Manage My Account' and 'Manage My Organisation' by repeating step 2 above.
