Once you’ve signed up for an account at https://workspace.bantu.life/registration, you’ll see a prompt to activate your account:
Upon signing up for a bantu Workspace account, we’ll send you an activation email to verify that it’s really you.
To activate your account, check your email and look for an email from us with the subject: “Activate your bantu Workspace account”.
Open this email and click on the link in the email to activate your account:
Alternatively, you can visit the email verification page to request for a new activation email.
Troubleshooting
“I signed up for a bantu Workspace account. Why haven’t I received an email from bantu?”
Check your Spam folder. The activation email may have unfortunately landed in your Spam folder, due to your email client’s restrictions.
Wait 15 minutes. Our authentication emails might be taking some time to reach your inbox, so check your inbox and Spam folder after 15 minutes.
Receive a new activation email: If you are still unable to find the email, visit this link to request for a new activation email.
“Why have I received an email from bantu?”
