Overview
With each project you organise, you can easily view and analyse the attendance rates and punctuality of your members with the feature “Attendance Analytics”.
By using the Mobile Attendance web app to track attendance and measure time clocked, you can now unlock the ability to view the ‘Attendance Status’, ‘Time-in’ and ‘Time-out Status’ of each community member for each time slot and role they have been involved in.
‘Attendance Status’: Shows if members have “Attended”, or did not show up (“No Show”)
‘Time-in’: Indicates the exact time of when members show up
‘Time-in Status’: Indicates if members are late or early, and how late or early they were
* To facilitate accurate time tracking, we highly encourage you to mark members’ attendance immediately when they show up.
Exporting Project Data
You can also export the individual roles and timeslots of your participants within each project. To do so:
- On each individual project, click on "Manage Project".
- Click on "Attendance List".
- Here, you will see all the roles and timeslots of your approved participants.
- At the top, click on "Export Attendance List".
An Excel sheet will be downloaded with every single role and timeslot that each participant has signed up for in that project. It will show (i) if a participant has shown up, and (ii) at what time their attendance was taken.
What’s Next?
If you have not taken attendance of your projects before this, please follow the instructions here so that their hours and attendance rate is capture correctly.
Attendance Analytics can also be exported as an Excel File, allowing you to more deeply analyse members’ commitment levels, and gauge their overall engagement levels with your organisation. With this data, initiatives to increase member engagement can be made more targeted and relevant.
Now, you can start to answer questions such as, “Who are my most active members?” and “Who are my most reliable members?” - How cool is that?
