This feature works for:

Account: All Accounts

Plan subscribed: All plans 


Before you begin:

Make sure that the members in your project are already approved by you before they made a change to their their timeslot / role on bantu.life. 


Instructions:

You will get a notification via email when any of your members make any changes to their availability. 

Here are steps to follow after getting notified of the change in timeslot or role of your members: 


For approved members who made changes to their timeslots:

  1. Go to 'Manage my Project' 

  2. You will notice an exclamation mark (!) beside the ‘Approved’ status for these members. This means that there was a change in their timeslot or role. 

  3. Click on the exclamation mark

  4. Click ‘Yes’ after reviewing the change. 




The system will allow these members to be accepted into their new timeslot even if you did not review the change, as the purpose of approving or rejecting is to pre-screen your members, not based on their availability. 


For approved members who signed up for a new role or changed their role:

  1. Go to 'Manage my Project' 

  2. Their status will reverted back to ‘Pending’, with an exclamation mark beside it

  3. Click 'Approve' or 'Reject' to change their status

  4. Click on the exclamation mark to acknowledge the change

  5. Click ‘Yes’ after reviewing the change


What's Next:

The exclamation mark icon will disappear once you have acknowledged the change.
