Please ensure you follow the steps below to prevent any loss in information or projects data. 


To change your Account's Email to someone else on your team:

 

1. Log into your account

2. From the navigation bar, go to 'Edit My Account' 


1. Change the current password to a generic password for your colleague to log in:

  • In 'Edit My Account', click on button 'Change Password'

  • Input a new password, and one more time to confirm

  • Click 'Save'

  • Share the generic password with your colleague



2.  Update the Email Address:

  • Click on the lock icon beside the Email Address

  • Update the new email you would like to change to

  • Click on the ‘Send Email Verification’ button

    • A verification email will be sent to the newly updated email address 

  • Once you click on 'Send Email Verification', you will be logged out from your Main Organisation's account immediately and a verification email will be sent to this new email.




3. New Transfer 

  • Click on the verification link in the email to verify. 

⚠️ Note that the verification email has an expiry of 48 hours and once verified, the previous Main Organiser will not have access again.

  • Log in to your Organisation's Workspace by typing in your email and the password.
