Before you begin:


This report helps you to analyse the following metrics across time (in Year-Month) by Projects:

  1. Number of Unique Contacts 
  2. Number of Reported Hours 
  3. Number of Timeslots Signed Up 
  4. Number of Timeslots Attended


There are 2 sections: 

  1. Graph of Metrics across Year-Month
  2. Pivot Table of Metrics across Year-Month


Things to take note: 

  • To use the filters on the right to view specific data in the graph and table: 
    1. If you are interested in the metrics in May 2020, you can click on '2020-05' in the 'Year-Month' filter slicer
    2. If you are interested in the metrics for more than one value, you can enable selection of multiple values in your filter

    3. If you want to view the metrics for all values again, you can clear all filters


Note: When a filter slicer's value is clicked on, if other filter slicers values are greyed out, it means that the other values do not exist for the selected value.
