This feature works for:

Account: Main Organiser Accounts Only

Plan subscribed: All plans


Before you begin:

Make sure that you have added Sub-Organisers into your Workspace Organisation Account

Ensure that your Sub Organisers have accepted their invitation to your Organisation's Workspace.


Instructions:

As the Main Organiser, go to 'Manage My Organisation'

1. Click 'Sub-Organiser List' 

2. In each row of Sub Organisers, click 'Manage Permissions' 


Permission Level Type 1: Organisation Settings 

This setting allows Sub Organisers to view and act on organisation-wide contact information.

To adjust this permission level, toggle the first checkbox to enable it. 

Note that the default setting is off.



What can your Sub-Organiser Do
ViewView all profiles in the organisation
ExportExport all profiles in the organisation
EngageSend SMSes and Emails to all contacts in the organisation
Mail LauncherCreate / Edit / Remove Organisation-wide Email Templates
Custom Fields Create / Edit / Remove Custom Fields accessed by all Workspace accounts in your Organisation


Permission Level Type 2: Account & Project Settings 

This setting allows Sub Organisers to view and act on account-specific contact information. 

                

Note that the default setting is on.



What can your Sub-Organiser Do
Export Export all profiles in the account
ImportImport all profiles in the account
EngageSend SMSes and Emails to all contacts in the account



3. Click save

Any adjustments will be reflected immediately upon refresh in the Sub Organiser's Account (i.e. Sub Organisers do not need to sign out and log in again)
