Before you begin:
Ensure that your project is 'listed' for your project page to be viewed by public visitors.
If you want only specific people to view your project, ensure that you 'unlist' your project so that it can only be seen by people you send the link to.
Instructions:
For every project created on bantu Workspace, there will be a project page which will be available to users. Whether this link is publically accessible will depend on whether you list or unlist your project.
As an organiser of the project, you can view your project page by clicking on 'Project Page' under 'Manage Project' for the specific project you wish to view.
This is how your project page would look like after you fill-up the various components of the form builder and updated your Organisation's information (Only applicable for Main Organisers):
Here are some key components of your project page:
- Map of your project's location: This map will show users the location of your project. When users click on the image of the map, the exact location will be pinpointed.
- Image of your project: To represent your project you can include an image.
- Information about the project: Key information such as dates, location, nature of participation, and tags will be present to show users what your project is about.
- Detailed information on your project: Users will be able to get a sense of what your project is about with the synopsis you provide. Users can also contact you or visit your webpage for more information.
- Information about your organisation: Users will be introduced to what your organisation stands for and how they can contact you.
- Links to your social media platforms: Users can follow you on various social media platforms so that they can be updated about what your organisation is up to!
- Sign up: Of course, your users can then decide if they would like to participate in your event by clicking on the 'I want to sign up' button.
